In the version I saw, there wasn't an orchestra, just an onstage pianist, so the woman playing Marcy (can't remember her name off the top of my head, she was an understudy) started playing the piano for the pianist.

this is good but it is better live...i know one of the people who played in the orchestra so i got to meet all the actors including the girl who sand this song...not the one here, it wasn't original cast and i like the second cast better as well
