VX1000's aren't good for their 'golden tint..'

They are good for vivid, amazing colors, and spectacular audio.. You can get a 'golden tint' on any camera with Manual White Balance.. Just white balance off of the sky..

there are a lot of controls. if you want a good beginner camera. get a canon gl1. also you can get a vx2000 used for as cheap as 700 dollars

hell yeah i recommend it. its called a vx2000 because its 2000 time better then a gl1 or gl2. its so great. they have a rec button on the side and you can hit it with your index finger.

the vx1 mk1 is good for fisheye

what your saying doesnt really make sense. vx2000 isnt good just for color. the quality is great and has more features than the vx1000. mk1's are made from the same company and glass as the mk2 so both are just as good for color quality and also mk1 are made for vx2000's and 2100's also. some people just prefer mk2's because they dont get vig but the barrel distortion isnt as good as the mk1.

not trying to ruin it, but you have bad heads in the vx, your going to start getting drop outs, and glitches, a few tips, use the custom presets, its the button on the handle, that one huge advantage over the vx, learn to set the CP's and your good..
