Hi, I have a question please: do you think this guitar sounds quite similar to a Gibson SG Classic (with p90)? I have an SG Classic and I totally love it so I would like to also get this Les Paul but I'm afraid it sounds too similar to the SG, what do you think? Thanks

It seems like I get this tone out of my epi Les already with no p90s, but then again you have distortion on which makes most pickups sound like siblings,But I am going for a epi dot and Looking for a good pickup, to play jazz and pop with, but I think the Les and the Dot both get the same factory pickups,so I don't want to have 2 lespauls evening know the dot is a fuller les paul,but I want to be somewhere in the middle of a strat and a les paul. Do you know of pickups that will do that. Thanks

@carreraj4000. P90 is a broad single coil. Gives certain sound qualities of both types.

Are all of these guitars yours or are you just trying them out for a store or something??? ...I have never seen someone have so many nice guitars ..plus I love your playing an awful lot ...great taste in note choice and tones ....just wandering how you afforded all of these primo axes ....curious minds want to know ...
