So while the party has tweaked its policies slightly, the stage that they're set on, the opinions and things they stand for havent changed much. So I would say this is still more or less relevant to todays brand of BNP.

No I think that is an awful & offensive act, completely brainless & despicable. However you need to understand that this crime is not shown. Nor is there is any victim proclaiming this crime to have taken place. This is not true re: the assault of the 'spy'.
It is also important to understand that in British law a crime against property is not considered to be as repugnant as crime against a person. This commonly held moral view is not reflected in the bias of the video.

As for the large-scale grooming of teenage girls, I agree that is appalling, but if the BNP really cared about stopping all sexual abuse, they wouldn't single out people who groom who are just Muslims. I have been sexually assaulted but I haven't singled out a group to focus on exclusively.

That random example I gave was precisely right. Go and look at part two where you can see exactly what Nick Griffin was talking about, after the narrator says, "The evidence I recorded proves he incites racial hatred..." and Griffin says he could get seven years in prison for what he said, taken totally out of context. The viewer is left to imagine some outrageous racial slur, but if you watch part 2 you see what he was talking about, which is the exact same thing Jack Straw is now talking about

Notice many things are taken out of context in this. For example Nick Griffin says that if he said "that" outside the party that he would perhaps be put in prison for it. But it doesn't actually tell you WHAT he said, so the viewer is left to imagine something outrageous. To give you a true example, Nick Griffin was threatened with prison when he tried to expose Muslim gangs grooming young girls for sex, and now Jack Straw exposes the exact same thing, pretending it was his idea.

Race is defined by deviating physiological features between various populations of one species. Examples include different skintone. The Epicanthic fold, Raised brow, or like that Mongolian Mountain people that have specially adapted lungs for high-altitude-breathing *Appearance-wise, they look just like other mongolians* These are all features that would separate races.
