  • kiss my kishiiiiiiiiii

  • FUKUSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN

  • guy: FUKUSAN!

    fukusan: YES! WHAT IS IT?!?

  • that fukuisan guy always reminds me of Kermit the Frog in his reporter's trenchcoat on uppers.

  • @ 5:50 japchae [jahp·chae] (잡채): Korean dish with various vegetables (typically thinly-sliced carrots, onion, spinach, and mushrooms) stir fried in sesame oil, usually with transparent noodles (dangmyeon), and sometimes with beef, soy sauce, and sugar, usually garnished with sesame seeds and chili pepper slices.

The commentating crew might learn later, but it seems that they are still unfamilar with this dish; most Japanese are familiar with only kimchi and barbecue. Michiba can teach them!

  • @Sparkysama considering he says it anywhere near 25 to 40 times an episode i'd be dead before the first commercial.

  • why is that the challenge is moving so cool... i mean he is so relax... what everything he do looks simple... unlike the iron chef it looks so difficult and so many tricks on it ^^

btw i TRY to count how many FUKU SAN!!! i heard and damn... i forgot how many hahaha.....

  • I remember watching an Iron chef once and the on one side the pressure cooker got stuck bad.

  • "Shinichiro Ohta go!!!!"

  • i dont like shows like this. once you watch it. there is no way to turn it off..

  • I count 10 Fuku-san has been called yeaaaahhh hahhhaaaa..

  • LMAO hahahhhah very funny ,

  • FUKUISAN! I honestly don't think the (new) Iron Chef USA is bad at all, and I actually really like Alton Brown. The thing is that the old Iron Chef is so amazingly entertaining that you could never top it.

  • I agree with swipha!I have hearea " kusan" so many times to angry.

  • "mmm yeah" "mmm ohh" "yeah good".......

cut that girls voice and you will never guess that she's on cooking show....

it this a voice over or she really does speak this way

  • omg mad skillz

  • LOL at the FUKUI-SAN! at 6:20, so needlessly energetic

  • I liked the part with the eggs..

  • Fukusan hahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

    priceless

  • see how the commentators are taken back when they saw the deep-fried cheese

that;s the different between the americans and the japanese verson

  • jap jae is korean vermicelli dish .. yummmm =P~ my fave ..

  • Watching these videos makes me hungry.. LOL

  • FUCK YOU SAN!!!

  • Amazing that none of the commentators knew what chap-chae was! Evne those of us in the west (not of Korean descent) know that as one of the great dishes of Korean cuisine. Amazing how unknowledgeable those commentators were!

  • Reminds me of Bee Hoon

  • jab-che is korean you fucking idiots

  • koreans always get so angry towards other east asian races

  • @PoiPoi5189 LOL I'm half Korean, and I'll admit, I do have some prejudices, but for the most part, i enjoy meeting other Asians on a one to one level. On a larger scale, I'd read up on Korean history. They've been treated really poorly by the other Asian races throughout history... You comment was really funny though :D *thinking of my mom*

  • I thought that niggah was always saying SQUEEEZON!!

  • man swear ive played that drinking game for awile

  • Fukuisan!

  • fukusan!!!!!!!

  • FUKUISAN!!!???

  • man the way he cut the noodles, so thin...fucking skills

  • Yeah, you're right. Most places use a machine to cut the noodles, he's doing it all by hand. BTW I would have loved to try the noodles he made for Deng Xiaopeng.

  • what if:

    reporter: FUKUSAN?!?

fukusan: will you fuckin shut up! LOL

  • so funny

  • "southeast asian celebration"

  • Japchae is a Korean dish, and it's delicious! It is the first thing I learned to make in Korean cuisine, and is traditionally prepared with sweet potato glass noodles.

  • Comment removed

  • Jap Chae! Korean!

  • 2:30 This is why Michiba was chosen.

"Ok... Deng Xiaoping... I will see your world leader and counter with one of my own!" (Japanese PM Tomiichi Murayama)

  • is it just youtube or is the video not available?

  • oh nvm. it worked already. haha i'm sorry but.. thai or indonesian? i'm not that good at these stuff but doesn't jap chae sound korean enough already? :D

  • isnt the commentator who thought its thai/indonesian supposed to be a culinary doctor? looks like these guys needa do more research, korean cuisine is pretty popular in japan as it is

  • FUKISAN!!

    Yes ?

  • deng xiaoping?

  • FUKISAN! rofl...makes me laugh everytime

  • disrespecting my noodles man, stop that

  • FUKUSAN! LOL!

  • FUKUZA?!

  • Yes?

  • This time he says they are PERFECT!

  • I love the show, but I can't stand the guest commentator. The "ooh" and the "ahh." She doesn't know a single thing about cooking and she says the most cliche things or the most obvious. She should be quiet and leave the talking to the two commentators.

    P.S.

"Noodles fit for a supreme leader." LOL, now I want some of those noodles.

  • ARGH!! Jap CHAE IS A KOREAN DISH!!! Good God I'm a little disappointed that the commentators are not aquainted with a very common Korean dish...I just wish they were a little more knowledgeable with international foods.

  • Yeah, that's pretty ridiculous, Jap Chae is a very common dish.

  • lawls! im chinese and even I know about jap chae

  • chinese food always used eggs! i love them

  • that's some thin noodles, i wonder if he could fillet a piece of paper

  • omg that food their making looks SO GOOD

  • japchae's KOREAN yo!! lOl.

  • Rather than have the challenger's translator run around with him, couldn't they have gotten him assistants who speak Chinese?

  • japchae is widely used in japanese cooking and chinese cooking, they r called the spring rain

    or potato strings

as it will suck the flavour from hot soup, a perfrct finishing touch for pot dishes and cassaroles

  • japchae is korean,

japan and china have their own version as well.

  • Is anybody else thinking of that job that Napoleon Dynamite had?

  • I miss Iron chef... Go Michiba He's my favorite !!!

  • I can't believe the challenger is 40... he looks like he has the energy (and the face) of a 25 yr old!

  • Japchae is a Korean dish made from sweet potato flour cellophane noodles (called dang myeon), stir fried in sesame oil with sliced beef and various vegetables, flavoured with soy sauce, and sweetened with sugar. It is usually served garnished with sesame seeds and slivers of chili.

  • Haha, I use a whisk all the time.

  • I think japchae is a Korean dish...

  • lol, he knows wut hes doin

  • Weird.. Using a whisk for cooking ground beef.. o_o

  • Anything is possible in Iron Chef.
