Lower vibrational music are rock and bass music. Higher vibrational music are the harp and flute. This music obviously is higher vibrational to lift the spirits. Subtlety is a higher vibration.

To begin to heal take the courage you have to listen to your self. Experience your pain with acceptance. It often can seem like a frightening endless pit that will consume you in despair or tears. Trust that your are stringer than that and enter into a place where it is ok to feel badly. As you begin this process the empty things you do to hide your hurt and vulnerability will become less speaking and less effective. The music is a great tool, but you are your own healing

He is in a treatment,the doctor said that he killed iwith drogs 60% of his neurologic system,it make me so sad, because he is just 24 years old.We are trying to help, take he out his "friends" to another town. @beamerange for sure they are important. First. symbols are geometrical shapes and it is known that Geometry is a frozen language. Second, being symbols, they are also sacred (NOT SECRET)... this means that such language has impact on the recipient. It takes long to explain. However, have a look on any of your fingers while palms turned up. What do you see? Can you see any of the Reiki symbols drawn on such fingers? Let me know

True, every material substance has its resonate frequency including thoughts, the more evolved a person is, the higher their frequency which is correlated to ones aura color, red being lowest to blue highest.
