Joey may have been unable to be in Canada at that time due to his own performance schedule ( He lives in Vermont.) He does appear in other demo videos for the RBC guitar.

Well, it's a Fender, that much I can tell. I think it's a Deluxe Reverb. I tried zooming in, but it just got blurry. It sounds good through a 64 Vibroverb and Stage 112, too!

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but...aren't P-90s single coil pickups? If they are, wouldn't that defeat the purpose of having a coil split function?

Yes, P-90 are single coil. But, twice the size coil as a Strat. So, TAP the coil, it sounds like a strat, not tapped, it is a LOUD single coil... a P-90. Then, if you swicth is this way, you can make a HUMBUCKER by pairing two P-90's...
