I didn't want to buy a guitar at this exact moment but online stores reduced its price so much that it made my mind on the moment. Don't regret it at all, great sound, playabillity,... great everything with this one :). Hope they'll make similar models in the future again

I play by ear and Metallica/Black, Stairway to Heaven and and Extreme's More then Words. were the first group of songs i listened to when mucking around, suprising u can play Metallica on Accoustic and it fits, just not the heavy fast bits.

@whwisback2 First is the best but the 2 others are great for one thing: they show metallica at different periodes (the melodic, the modern return) through 1 concept song. For this the 3 are great

@DreamTallica6666 ahah, didn't change anything. Just the fact this song is supposed to be full of effects, studio arrangements and other things that make it sounds the album way. This one is a mess to play because Kirk's guitar has to sound very low and compressed at some points... I did what I could with the equipement I had ;-)

Seems bit different from the original song to me, but not bad. A good job like always ... i'm looking forward to The Unforgiven II, it's one of Metallica's very best songs imo. Hope you do a great job there, the song deserves it. ;D

@SSSoM3 Yeah, I checked the song live to be sure but everything is played with a pick/chicken picking (for the intro part)

c'est vrai que tu aurais pu trouver quelque chose de plus gay pour le début de l'été et pour le jour de la fête de la musique en France! vu que ça a été joué nickel, ça ne m'a pas attristé, sache le ;)

je me souviens la 1ere cover de cette chanson que tu avait fait, c’était la galère à la fin, tu switchais sans arrêt clean/disto.

le riff principal en clean n'est il pas joué en micro chevalet dans l'album? ou alors c'est peut être qu'ils utilisaient pas de gratte en EMG pour la jouer.

@MickD44Klit Attends de voir la suite de la série de vidéos ;-). et oui en effet, je me souvient de la galère de la premiere vidéo. Le pire c'est que c'était pas mal joué du tout mais rien a faire ça sonnait pas... Il y a certaines chansons comme celle ci qu'il ne faut pas jouer a une seule guitare. Sinon pour le clean c'est Kirk en bridge (toujours) et James sur acoustique (remplacé ici par le micro manche)

sinon pour la partie refrain, c'est dans la tab officielle que j'ai trouvé ce passage qui sonne tres bien d'ailleurs. Je ne connaissait pas cette partie, je ne l'avais jamais jouée auparavant. C'est un mix entre arpèges et ce que je joue Kirk. un bon truc mélodique comme ... ben comme James a le secret quoi en gros ^^

ive never seen the rhythm guitar part played so low on the neck, i thought it was all played near the11-14th frets? that seems to be a better and easier way to play it, def if singing at the same time
