This is holding up very well, guys ! It's still lovingly sandwiched between a Geman mini-doc on Simone de Beauvoir and that timeless classic, 'Winnie the Pooh Meets Apocalypse Now' !
The contrast between the banal setting (totally vanilla decor, 'All My Children' on the boob tube, etc.) and the sadistic imaginings of 'The Girlfriend' is great. I also loved the line about 'soul sameness', just as another poster said s/he did. Bravo!
Brilliantly conceived, this is an excellent brief insight into the common cause of a couple's decline. Too bad both were not into s&m to start, but alas that's the all too frequent problem. How to keep this or any kind of relationship fresh... who knows? Thanks, Paul, from Regime Imperia
Well, not bad for a n00b. Steff's cute in leather. The monologue was pretty good; your writing has always been pleasurable. Not necessarily a great one, but hey, it's just your first, and it's better than MY first one, and a lot better than Eraserhead. So, on a scale of one, with one being Elmo in Grouchland, to ten, with ten being Citizen Kane, I'll give it a purple Skittle. Keep making films and call me once in a while if ya don't mind. 866-DARK-ART, remember? S. Hollis Kerr
Well-shot and acted. I particularly liked the wine-glass walkaround and the wild-eyed whipshot which reminds me of Bunuel. Favorite line: "Maybe... I could reveal my soul to someone. But then I think, what if my soul just looks like everybody else's?"

I'm sure I'd get it if I cared to think, but why would I give a fuck? BORING.

For someone who hates drama, its pretty dramatic.
Love the poetry of it.
Do more please.

We love the contrast between the narration and the escalating frustration.
