DieseKampftechniken wurden hauptsächlich zur Verteidigung entwickelt. Sie zu erlernen um sie als aggressives Mittel zu verwenden wird den meisten Lehren widersprechen. Und wenn du schon auf die Lehre pfeifst, dann solltest du die Technik nicht lernen. Wenn du etwas suchst um dich zu prügeln, dann such dir etwas anderes. Meine Meinung.

I know that in judo, they break their fall by smacking their hand flat on the ground, I can't see it that good on this vid, but I assume it helps with absorbing the fall.
