This is some horrible myth busting. Your controls were awful, you should've done multiple trials. I totally agree with thekaizer666
If you took two plants already grown out, who knows what might have happened to any of them. You should've grown plants from seeds whilst giving them microwaved water, because that's what i did and they withered at 25 seconds. If you really do microwave everything you have, then your pretty screwed. Amongst the non-ionizing radiation, there is a cancer causing agent
Did you put the plant of the microwave water while the water is hot? Or, you put the plant after the microwave water becomes cold?
If you put it while the water, the plant is dead because of the heat.
One more thing. Did you try to boil 2nd water normally (without using the microwave) and then leave it till it cools and then put the plant and check the result?
The microwave sprig looked less healthy than the other sprig starting out. Sub/un consciencious experiment bias? You also need to do it double blind because the observer can affect the outcome - especially with plants. Lastly, you should repeat it with more than two plants to rule out random chance. I do believe that microwaved food is less healthy than other preparations and this experiment was a good start.

my honest opinion is that this experiment is flawed and is missing quite a number of controls.
should've been 2 plants in each pot. and three pots, consisting of
1) distilled water
2) boiled distilled water
3) microwaved distilled water
NOT spring water as it may contain a (significant?) amount more of minerals.
no distilled water? then just
1) boiled water
2) microwaved boiled water
