@hauk93 well its all that you listed plus it was a major let down. Everybody expected another Star Wars film to be great. No one really understood what Darth Maul was doing and the end of the movie is too complicated because 4 different things are going on at once. The only reason he lost to Darth Maul in The Phantom Menace was because he used the 4th form of lightsabre combat which relies on acrobatics, wide slashes, and open spaces, while Darth Maul used form 7 which was meant for small spaces. Darth Maul only died because he got cocky, as Obi-Wan used form 4 also.

Also the phantom menece was a let down but if you watch it to be entertained rather to feel nostalgia (which is what 98% of people do so they're really watching it to bitch about something) then it will do the job. I gave the phantom menece a 6 out of 10, not good but passible.

As for other people Hating the prequals, that is what i call "nostalgic bias bullshit," it's bacicly older fans bitching about new versions of what they saw when they were younger & they think robots look better then CGI.

Yeah when I was just a little girl, I used to listen to this song over and over with my Jar Jar Binks stuff and then I'd go watch The Phantom Menace... lol I loved it when I was little. xD I still like this song.
