yeah that was a bug on the game, it can be solved by either downloading the 9.2.0 patch or put it in windowed mode.

You have to uninstall the FM, and delete ALL the sports interactive and football manager folders. First, uninstall, then, delete all the folders(remember, ALL the folders) and finally use the ccleaner(is free, download it)

I think this game is fantastic - no crashes, no bugs, not too many inuries and a nice step forward in the 3D match engine. Not sure what people are playing but it certainly isn't the same game I have. I played the original FM on the Speccy and followed it right through championship manager and back to FM - I think this is the best yet.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME, ITS COMPLETE GARBAGE

First of all its virtually impossible to install. The 3d pitch is useless, ends up crashing all the time, the game is so slow.

It overheats your computer. Theyve added the assistant manager feedback during the game, but you just dont have time to read it as the game is on-going. The have added a ridiculous "Sky plus" style rewinding live action, WHY!!! I thought it was meant to be realistic.

"Overheats your computer"? What an idiotic statement. If your rig is overheating then you need to take your head out of your ass, open up the case and clean it, or buy a new heatsink, or stop OC'ing it too high for your particular cooling solution. Any PC should be able to be at 100% CPU utilization for days without overheating or freezing, otherwise it's not configured/cooled properly. Most common cause is lazy bastard who can't find the energy to open his rig and clean his heatsink.

This DRM thing is very funny , legitimate owners had to spend hours to activate while the cracked ( and patched !!! ) pirate copy was available a couple of hours after release (those with MU or RS accounts could have it in less than 30')... in other news they are fighting piracy LOL

man i dont know what you guys are on but FM2009 is fckin awesome. If youve Bought the game and cant activate it, just get the crack for it in the meen time. As far as the 3d match engine goes, it does what you need it to do and thats be able to see how your team is playing clearly and it does it as good as it needs it to be.
