I like NBA 2K8... when I make version 3, it will probably take the place of 2K7 on the list, but I won't put both on. I haven't been a big Madden fan since NFL 2K came out. COD4 has a shot at making version 3, but would probably be an honorable mention. And, I'm glad to hear you love Halo 3 so much that you allow it to do things to you.

I'd agree with COD4 and Mass Effect being better, but Assassin's Creed, while being a good game, is less fun to play again. Once you beat it that's pretty much it. With Mass Effect you can play through the game forever and get a new and different experience, and cod4 and halo 3 have online play.

Assassin's creed is fun and i'd recommend it, but it's not as good as those other games

This video was made before COD4 and Assassins Creed were out. Since then I have played AC and while it was decent, it would not even remotely make my top 10 list or honorable mentions. As for the bball game, I've always been a major 2K Sports fan, so yes... in my book 2K7 is better than Gears. To this day I play the 2K basketball game FAR more than I play Gears. But, both are great games.

I would argue that most games take at least 8 bullets to kill an enemy these days, so it's not that odd of a concept. Also, Tomb Raider sure as heck isn't about the gunplay and it's far from the central focus of the game.

I didn't like Rainbow Six Vegas (not a big war shooter fan). I was only lukewarm about Assassins Creed and Just Cause. TR:Anniversary is good, but not as good as Legend. And, you are correct... I forgot Test Drive, which was supposed to be in the honorable mentions. It appeared in the top 10 in version 1 of this video. I haven't gotten to Mass Effect yet.

Tomb Raider Legend remains one of my favorite 360 games. Going in I was expecting nothing and in the end was very surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Another game as open wordly as Oblivion? Assassins Creed is very similar in size and scope. Saints Row and Crackdown are smaller in area, but have a decent sized "sandbox" to play in too.
