why! why! why! couldn't you develop buran program..Shuttles hired your engines for the program. if not for those engines shuttle program would never have been possible!

I don't know russian but I get the impression that they are implying The US stole the idea for a space shuttle from the Russians and we made an inferior copy that blew up.

No doubt this is a great documentary, yet my knowledge of russian (like 50 words) unfortunately limits my capacity of keeping focused. If anyone could subtitle it (I know, this means lots of work), (s)he would receive all my respect, not to mention, (s)he would increase the worldwide interest for this wonderful space programme. Anyway, efharisto' for downloading! :)

@wollin20 I'd love to do this, but only the original uploader can add subtitles to his video. Besides, the description is written in Greek. Aside of the 2 tags, not even a single word is russian. This makes me doubt the uploader is capable of understanding what's being said in the video.

Yes! Can of yo russian make a subtitle. That would bed really gread. Even for us, who are not originally english speaking, but most of people had english in school - russian not so much ...
