first of all, if uve ever seen a plant cell you know that it covered by a cell wall and thats the colored part. and, inside the cell is a large vacuole that contains water. this vacuole is over 60% the size of the cell. multiple small vacuole within the cell also contain water. the cytoplasm that all the orginals float is also made largely of water. so the cell is over 90% water. duh
