It took me awhile to figure out this was not Elton John.  The tip off was the clothing. I bet these clothes are all custom made, probably by the same person. The sleeves / arms are not cut properly and are a bit too long and baggy. Also the locations are not flashy enough. I would suggest filming in some theme park or a garden type tourist attraction. I don't know if that is Paul singing or playing, if it is, he is fantastic!
