WELL WHAT DO YOU KNOW! This guy, Judge Padilla just TODAY denied me of sole custody of my son in that same court room. My sons father just got out of PRISON from a 5 year sentence on dangerous weapons charges and lives with his mom and they rent out two of the rooms to total strangers for money and JUDGE PADILLA granted my sons father permission to have my son stay over the night at his house!!! And we had a domestic violence situation and he didnt care about it!!!

btw Gabe had more like 4 suicide attempts. The 2 that Dawn talked about were the most recent. I hate Gabe for what he has done. He took away by 2 best friends. But at some point i had to forgive him to move on. I have known Dawn and Linda since i was born. Gabe has caused alot of pain for all of Dawn and Lindas Family and Friends. That judge totally ignored that woman's testimony, as he was typing away on his damn computer. He should be charged as an accessory to murder and/or accessory after the fact. HE KNEW this mans background HE KNEW this mans mental state was in question and HE KNEW she had a restraining order against him. That Judge ignored the obvious and enabled that man to KILL . This judge is my judge and he has allowed my ex husband who paralyzed a child simply out of anger. Yet he wants us as a split family to continue to work together. How is a man who has injured a child, served jail time and continueously shown emotional and mental abuse and other issues allowed to have contact with other children at all? I am glad this story about Padilla has come out, people have a right to know how he really allows things like this to happen. How is he allowed to continue?

I had a hearing with this same judge on Oct. 8th. 2009 and he has forced me to have supervised visitation with my daughter for 3 years and done nearly everything in his power to take my daughter away!!!! I am a FATHER!!!!!! I have never committed any type of crime in my life. Padilla is one of the most corrupt, unjust and incompetent judges on the Arizona Superior court! Yet stupid citizens vote this judges back in office every year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!
