i like this one becuz it showed shots of the city which added realism. i hate the new opening. anyways, does anyone know what city they are shooting buildings from on the opening sequence?

The ariel shots used in the early 80s is Harrisburg PA, other pics used were also shots of Harrisburg as well. Other photos I have been told are just random photos that could be from anywhere.

@mountainmuscle That's not from the early 80s as it was literally released 2 weeks short of 1985. It was shot almost 26 years ago in late August 1984.

Maybe the person that made this, is making another one, like this old version was introduced in 1995, had diffrent cast members in each ones, and that the another one will have Langston, Cole, Starr, Markko, Marty, etc. and will be just as good as this one.

BEAUTIFUL JOB and yes i loved blairs dramatic soap shot in the original opening when i was a kid i used to stand in front of the mirror in the bathroom and re en act it with the door closed of course. I hate how ABC fucked up the openings to all their soaps although I must say the one for all my children is better than the one they had before this one. They should keep AMC's and restore GH's and OLTL's back to their originals.
