Ok yes i can see it's the other persons fualt but come on you did'nt see that coming people need to stop just think people know the rules and will stop always watch where your driving even if someone does wrong and sometimes you can't do nothing but in this case you can see the person was not gonna stop it's just a good thing u cought it in time..

reason I use a dash cam! almost screwed before and now just recently I was in a minor crash and she is sueing me though she will find out soon I have a dash cam! it is good to have a dash cam for these purposes! you can check out the vid, its called my minor accident 5.12.2010 (edited), its the most recent one I have! why people do this and claim they dont see you is beyond me, it takes just a glance to see if someone is there before you move your vehicle!
