@amfiouk I didn't use any salt in this dish because I found it salty enough just by using phahok. I also did not use sugar because I found the flavors for my taste buds seemed to balance out. But, please note that if you prefer your dishes sweeter, than you would critique it to your liking.
Why are you doing this to me? I literally had to wipe off the saliva that was slowly trickling down my mouth. I haven't had a decent home cook meal in a very long time. I think I can actually smell the aroma.God, that look so good! I love the way you stir that wok.
One advice also if you could explain specifically why certain ingredients should be in the food and what it is to educate most viewers. Once again, Thnaks for the video and keep up the good work. Som leah :)
There are a few Methods to make Cha Kroeung to prevent the Chicken breast meat to become dry. Cooking the Chicken for that long is too dry to eat. Since most of us Khmer people are adapted to dry meat and we wouldn't care of it's quality as long as it tastes good. But learning to progress the cooking quality is what we should always put in mind. Thank you for posting this video for all the people who are interested in learning how to cook Cambodian food.

y would u add peanut..

@godzilla401 I like peanuts and it gives this dish a more crunchy texture. But if you don't like peanuts then you can leave it out.

@Npeov230 Babe, if you don't like the coconut milk & peanuts then just cook the cha without those ingredients. Thank you so much!
