  • after so many years, that this excellent actor and man ,passed away, we still love to see so many items from his life and roles....you, fine gentlman, rest in peace, we will always love and remember you, and watch your films...

  • I just finished his biography written by his daughter. She said Vincent was uncomfortable as hell during this show, as he had just told his wife he would agree to a divorce, but hadn't told his family yet. Bad timing Ralph.

  • Be thankful he isn't Edward Lionheart or he'd cut your heart out, make you eat your own poodles, or decapitate you in bed! (Theatre of Blood).

  • Heavens to Dr Phibes! It's a shame the sound is out of sync. But it's still an utter delight to watch. For a Vincent Price fan like me, a program like this is SHEER HEAVEN! Thank you so very much for posting this wonderful episode!!! :-)

  • I was wondering why he was on the US version of this... i always thought he was English... i did'nt realise he was American!

    he's awesome anyway!

  • Got love that actor!

  • I love and adore Vincent Price he was such wonderful man and a great actor truly.

  • Dosn't he seem like the kindest man? I would never misstake him for a horror icon :)

  • Fantastic! I used to watch This is Your Life as a kid back in the 60's/70's. I didn't know Vincent Price was on it but it makes a lot of sense that He was!

  • if i was gay i think i'd fall in love with this guy.

  • Wow, Vincent Price and Hans Conried together!!

  • That wasn't Christopher Lee, that was Hans Conried, he was a big actor, and was also a popular voice in Disney animations, listen closely, I think you will hear the voice of Captain Hook and Mr. Darling from 1953...

  • great actor, i have a collection of his movies.

  • I agree with you whouster!!! Vincent Price, Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee are my Favorite actors but if i had to pick my top favorite it would be Vincent Price!!! They were very charming and handsome not to mention classy and very gentleman like! I wish we had actors like that today! All the horror movies of today are just blood, gusts and gore!!! A real horror movie keeps you in suspense scares out of your wits!!!

R.I.P Vincent Price and Peter Cushing :) I will always love you and miss you

  • so cool to see him out of character in the beginning. he was always "on" whenever he did radio or tv...even commercials.

  • A true gentleman. It's always the really nice guys that make the greatest villains. Vincent, along with Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee are the best known horror actors of the second half of the 20th century, and it's no coincidence that all three of them are amongst the most charming, intelligent and best loved of all actors.

  • @whouster

Well said & well put! And let's not forget another famous screen badguy: good ol' Boris Karloff. Though he played some truly gruesome guys, offscreen he was well known for being the most kind, gentle & humble of chaps. THANKS for a very articulate & intelligent comment!

  • i love the man!

  • hans c. too neat

  • thank you for uploading this, so many great videos. Love Vincent so much.

  • What a wonderful and very lovable and fun guy Vincent must have been!

  • @cuttock

    I second that emotion!

    :-)
