I owned an original copy of the soundtrack and I must admit that this song really spoke to me when i was younger. it's been 10 years down the line and I suddenly remembered the song. The CD was missing but the memories are still the same =) I recommend this song for everyone you needs something to relax to.

ive always been into alt music as i grew up with my older brother listing to the likes of NINE INCH NAILS, Ozzy, Metalica etc, and my mother every sunday morning playing classical music with some great vanessia mae =) and some turkish music being half-turkish but this song.....being the huge anime fan that i am as soon as i heard this im not even ashamed to say....i had a tear or 2 in my eye =)

This is a much better version over the original. The piano highlights the and compliments the beautiful yearning of the vocals.

To bad the chorus switches over to english instead of staying consistent with japanese, it loses some flow when that happens.

Actually, it's a bad habit of Japanese Animation OST singles - switching back and forth from English to Japanese. Usually, it's just a word or two, sprinkled here and there, but it's been known to have verses or choruses, even just single lines in English, to appeal to English-speaking audiences.
