Electronica never fell out of fashion in Europe at the end of the 80's, as it had in the US. Robyn has brought that genre and look back here from Sweden, with a brand new freshness. And I like it!!! Music is nothingn but the melodic arrangment of noise. She owns her own record company and built it from the ground up, wrote all these albums and met with all the producers. Like with her other performance on SNL, I was knocked out by Robyn's singing and energy. But her clothes were so strange. I watched the performance with friends who had never heard or seen her. They didn't know what to make of it--she was obviously incredible, and yet the look (and moves, at times) were so bizarre. Does she have a style consultant? (I can't imagine Robyn dealing with a full-time stylist. She's about the music, first and foremost.)
