Nope, it isn't, that, how they call it, "mini iPhone" is just a iPhone rip-off in mini style. ;) You can notice it that it is slower than a normal iPhone or the smoothness like the slide to unlock function or where you slide to the various menus at the home menu, you have to press harder on the screen than a iPhone, on a iPhone you don't even have to press on the screen, like I said, it's "smoother".
