hi im 19 and my height is 6.4 feet....no matter how much i eat i just grow tall not fat and i dont eat much junk food... with this height and body weight of only around 50 kg i look like a stick which can only be seen from facing at front not from side cound u pls help me just gaining weight for my height...6.4 feet is more then enough for me... now i only need all is to grow fat in a helthy way and not to grow tall... HOW TO STOP GROWING TALL

@mhkhan92 Hey man, check out sixpackshortcuts channel on here, he helped me with weight gain when i was kinda in your situation. Hes got a few videos on certain foods and training exercises not only for WEIGHT GAIN but MUSCLE too

@SwaggerBabbii your only 5ft2 thats very short but since your only 12 i reckon you can make it to 5ft7 - 5ft10 BUT if your male its possible to grow till your 21, females usually stop at 16-18

well I am an ASIAN boy, I am 5'6'' my dad is 6 feet. pretty tall for an azn person. My best buddie, in middle school was already 6'3'' now in high school hes 7 feet. :C

@minermax4444 Dont worry about being tall if youre only 14, because everyone is just tiny compared to you. If you're a guy then once you get older most will catch up. Besides most girls dig tall guys, you'll see :)

If you want to grow for longer, you have to take some type or aromatase inhibitor. 1-3mg of melatonin right before bed will work.
