Tipton's ...i have lived with AS and my son is 22 yrs old. Teddy is using an IPAD /Itouch to communicate...we actually call them interaction devices. Sharing movies of teddy at activities is a great way to interact with friends. Teddy does walk . The toughest obstacle is the Adult programs at 22 - I never told the teachers his diagnosis (no aides were to know)...i said i was not conclusive because I wanted him to reach his fullest potential...walnut creek CA.  loved your story!
