  • You guys are very cool! Awesome video and a true inspiration! :)

  • @thatgirlnamedrose Thanks, much appreciated! : )

  • I shouldn't say 'need' so absolutely. B/c it certainly is possible w/o doing this, however it speeds the process considerably. You guys can still grow bones, tendons, nerves, brain tissue (in abundance), facial structure, add density & weight to organs and glands. But, my strong opinion (take it how you will) is that this won't be done on a vegan diet or by juice feasting/fasting. I was into the hygienist realm for years. Then I looked deeply into human anthropology & saw what we are as humans.

  • @RawRebuild And what did you discover?

  • I mentioned fermented foods, b/c they're also integral in the process spoken of here. For instance, native groups worldwide knew that 'like' worked upon 'like' attributes in the body. (i.e. traditional people slay a buffalo & consume the raw liver on the spot -- regenerates their liver). In the modern world we consume heated grains. The body built tissue (brain etc.) from this. We 'need' to eat fermented raw grains to detoxify such residues within the cells.

  • @RawRebuild What fermented grains are you referring to? We like to drink kombucha tea and understaand the importance of some fermented foods.

  • Without an abundance of intracellular fats in the lymphatic system & blood, the body ends up redistributing compounds and resins within other various regions of the body (i.e. bone marrow, brain, glands). Fats bind with heavier substances and waste / degenerative tissue. People see sickness as bad, but it is truly a blessing. It would be far healthier to get fat on raw foods and then wait for the body to go into flu mode. So many vegans stay malnourished and never purge underlying toxicity.

  • You guys are aging yourselves. Imagine being a traditional Native American or Inuit & being able to witness this. From a cellular perspective, this is survival of the fittest. Healthy cells kill and destroy the weaker ones. There is rejuvenation to a degree, but overall it is mass cellular suicide. The body detoxifies through massive amounts of nutrients. A tremendous amount of fat and fermented foods are necessary. Raw fat is a powerful chelation agent.

  • i could've used the balancing trick a few years ago when i too was walking on fence poles but biffed one and tore my leg open! lol!

do you know any other tips to clear the head for better balance and get better with managing heights/dizziness?

  • @StopmeatGoveg oh sounds painful! Tapping/EFT is very effective for getting over fears phobias and balancing out the energy system.

  • @cshobe Thanks! : )

  • Good job guys! Matthew have u heard of the Zapper for use against malaria or any other microorganisms? i heard a story once that people went to Africa with a group of people using malaria tablets, yet they only used the zapper (which kills harmful microbes).... the 2 people using the zapper had no malaria symptoms at all, and the others using the malaria tablets may have....

just a thought to see if you've heard of it and what u think of it. :) good luck...

  • @0wenfox Hey Owen, I have used zappers before, but this was years ago when I was with the military. I never thought about the zapper for malaria protection, but it does make sense! Thanks! : )

  • You folks look a bit like you're starving!. Wouldn't you like a big greasy tofu burger with onions and cheese?

  • @cestoblique Actually that sounds disgusting! : D We are definitely not starving, just cleansing!

  • I can't believe the news about the hair growing back. That is tremendous. I hope it is something I can reverse. Physically - the only thing which seems to have deteriorated and not improved the past couple of years is my hair color and thickness. If there is a slight possibility of improving that then I need to buy a juicer asap. This was a nice video and yes it's great to tick those chores off the list and get them done. I think a hair just fell down onto my keyboard..

  • @ComputerGrant Go for it! Home made kombucha tea is also good for improving hair thickness and restoring natural colour.

  • When I was studying Chinese Medicine, I remember being taught that Hair is considered the Flowering of the Kidneys.

I had the "skinny" hang up most of my life as well - when I reached a certain point through meditation, I realised a lot of people who I grew up with were over weight. Comparing one's self to others can be a curse and distraction.

  • @TemporalParadox1 Yep! : )

  • Great video! Just curious if Dr Yound rec avocados during the entire juice fast to get some healthy fats to maintain and improve your already healthy blood?

  • @TheDarrenPerry He didn't actually give me any recommendations.

  • Detoxing our body is very good, but something here seems too extreme to me.

  • @douceclaude What seems extreme to you and why?

  • @BeYourPotential

your face looks too skinny in the video, you remind me of people living in desperate conditions. You do that on purpose, nobody is depriving you of anything, so you can change your diet as you please if you need to, but I cannot help but thinking about people who have nothing at all. Obviously my life is much more frivolous comparing to yours, but I think we also have to find a balanced way to our lives instead of overdoing.Take care and stay as well and happy as you wish to.

  • @douceclaude Too skinny for what? : )

  • @BeYourPotential

well, I had to stop and think about it for a moment, because your question implies that it is too skinny for my standards. If I had to do this I would not have your strength (ex your exercices at the horizontal bar !) and I could not work. So I guess I was "mirroring" my issues to you...

  • Well done on the screenplay man cant wait to see the end result i can use my expertise

  • @GOFFCLE Thanks! : )

  • Wow, Victoria! How much weight have you lost? You looked great from the start, but ever more vibrant as the videos go on!

  • @KaitlynAliano Thanks Kaitlyn, at the minute I feel fantastic, but I have experienced quite a lot of detoxing symptoms throughout the cleanse. It's been a real journey. :-) So far I've released about 30lbs and taken 7 inches off my waist from 32 inches to 25inches. Toria x

  • @BeYourPotential, detox is inevitable, but you gotta love the JOURNEY! Fantastic results - excited to follow you both through these last 3 weeks. :-)
