I saw another Christmas Muppet movie... it was horrible.  I had just assumed it was this one, but obviously I'm incorrect. I've never seen this movie and it looks way better. What was the garbage I watched? It was about getting a letter to the North Pole because the post office was closed. Perhaps it was just a made-for-tv-special and my expectations were too high.

@Metagg Agreed with 1994Anderson. This movie is The Muppet Christmas Carol and it DEFINITELY does NOT disappoint. The best Xmas movie I've ever seen. I know what garbage you're talking about, though, and I'm pretty sure it was just for TV purposes.

@Metagg There are 4 muppet christmas specials you should check out the carol(this one) and also the muppets family christmas and mabey check out the one that copies it's a wonderful life not as good as the first two i mentioned though.

@Metagg There was also a Muppet's Christmas movie that was off tv called A Muppet Family Christmas, but it was awesome. It is also the only movie that featured all of Jim Henson's creations (Muppets, Sesame Street, and Fraggles).

Just saw the Disney version... Was very good but all another story, much more macabre... This version is the version of my childhood! And what a performance! I mean, you gotta remember the guy is acting with frickin' puppets! You know the last scene when he eats at Cratchet house and look heart-warmingly at the whole table? He's not looking at other actors who support his performance... He's looking at puppet! God Bless us, everyone :)

My friend and I are celebrating Christmas in July this weekend--we never have time to watch the videos we love during the holidays, so we take a weekend in July to watch them, and this one is very high on the list.

I love the idea of doing this song--my favorite because it describes Christmas so well--with the ending showing Scrooge's reclamation. Great job!
