They use their own software. Most simulators have only a small amount of airports and scenery available. This one has just New York, Atlanta, Honolulu, Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, if I recall correctly.

It was open to the public, but the facility closed earlier this year. I assume it was due to the downturn in the airline business.
