Wow, I never realized it before... this song was rearranged into "Regiment" on My Life in the Bush of Ghosts a few years later. I believe some of the exact same sounds are in both. I used to have this album, then lost it, then later got Bush of Ghosts (I know every SOUND of that album lol) Regiment is slower and maybe a keyshift down. Knowing how Eno played with studio tracks, it could be some of the same tracks from this song, with the chanting added afterward.

One of my most favourite albums of all time. Listened to it when it first came out as an early teen. Transformative, at that age. Did not know there was a video for it, love it.
