  • Depends on the rad of the tool it's double the the rad in pos

  • the "titty" on the face is eliminated by machining .125 past the X0, and of course the tool needs to be on the center-line or .01 below.

  • you need a new insert and a higher feed that stud in the middle is beacause the height of your tool is wrong
