glad you pointed out that it is wise to wear a helmet but that isn't the point. Same with seat belts I should have the right to chose on my own whether to wear a helmet or a seat belt or not. Laws should and have been made to keep one person from harming another not me from harming myself. The seat belt and helmet laws are to protect insurance companies from paying out policies that individuals pay for. If I do not wear a helmet how does that harm you or a seat belt for that matter.
