  • good workout! Watch out for those kids in public places and keep head in line with your back when swinging. Most people iron those little habits the more they work with kettlebells. Try doing double jumps with a cross over when skipping, it's pretty easy once you get it and it looks wicked!

  • good workout , great skipping ...the only thing is your kettlebell swings , they're not very good , you seem to have a rounded back , keep your back straight and your head aligned with your back and bend at the waist using a rocking motion with your legs. And also bring your KB to shoulder / eye level ....great job otherwise...

  • @toca7 Yes try doing this workout 4 times taking 1-2 minutes rest after each workout! ;-)
