the best way is to put the ball in the freezer for like 2 or 3 mins just so its a little chilly then run super hot water on it =} i just did it works perfect!!!!!!! thumbs up so every1 with ball troubles can see!!!!!!!!!!

heating air expands. even if you got it "pumped" (full) it would return to its previous state when it cools down.
