Snow in Sweden

I'm going next year to Germany , i'm already a bachelor in Brazil, i'll graduate again in another subject in Germany, and then i intend to get a master's degree in sweden ^^

@swedentracknfield why, man? with all my respect, but i´ve once met the snow and to be honest i didn´t like it very much! :) beautiful at the pictures, but not to live with. god bless the places with amazing beachs and real and long summer!

@stanleyanick Well, we´re all different.I don´t think I would like the heat in Australia for a too long time...But I love when it´s summer here in Sweden as much as I love the winter! :)

@swedentracknfield yes, you´ve just said something right: everybody is different - thanks god for that! :) the earth is beautiful in every corner. i´m for sure a summer man, winter is not for me at all. but i like to hear that there´re people in the world who like the cold snow!

btw, how is the summer in Sweden? i´ve heard that, althought it´s not really warm and lasts too few, it´s a truly beautiful season and the 0:00 sun is wonderful! i really believe i´d like to try it once!

@stanleyanick It actually can be over 30*C in the summer but the middeltemperature uses to be 15*C or below that. And yes, midnight sun is really nice, even if I live in south Sweden where the sun don´t stay all night.

@swedentracknfield thanks! wow, a relative cold summer for us... where i live, even the winter can be hotter than 20°C. but a summer in sweden must be very interesting, like everything that doesn´t belong to our reality. a nice experience, for sure! i´d like to visit stockholm in july 2011. let´s see!

@stanleyanick agreed, i hate snow either, haha! in moment i live in germany, such a beautiful country, but with a soooo cold weather, brrrrrrr! x-D that´s why i´m going back to brazil in december, right when the winter here comes. poor german people: they´ll have to spend a cold christmas at home, full of heavy clothes, while i´ll be in bare feet enjoying my hot sunny beaches, haha!

just kidding... but i have no talent to play the penguin. i was born to live at the sea! :-D

Here in belgium during the winter, we have about a maximum of 5 days of snowy weather each year. besides that it's cold wet. And in summer it's cloudy most of the time and lots of rain.

I'd like to have a winter like the ones up north. It sounds odd but I think snow and cold can bring a warm peace in your house during christmas times.

Yeah, the snow and the cold weather makes it cozy actually. I like it a lot tbh. Unfortunatly we rarely have snow during christmas times, but it happens from time to time thou :). Usually the snow comes in januari to mars.

5 days of snow is not much, I thougt you had a lot more :/

Yeah, the snow falls down in a neat sheet-like pattern there. Whilst in other part of the world, the snowflakes just spatter everywhere. ^_^
