Yes. The reason explorer is laggy is because of your comp. You browser has nothing to do with it. You are running vista. Your programs will run slower cause Vista takes 2 gigs of RAM to run.

You obviously have never looked at the benchmarking tests and compared it to other browsers. It is incredibly speedy and the UI is easy on the eyes and easy to understand. Internet explorer,including Internet Explorer 8(which is Internet Explorer) is very slow,crashes and causes problems all the time.I have installed Flock,Google Chrome,Firefox and K-Melon and Slim browsers.All of these work without any problems. Maxthon - More Build In Customization than FireFox, and also has Addons/Plugins. As fast and safe as chrome, when you exit, you are given the option to clearall your cookies/cache/history (which is all chrome does) And theres plugins to do this aswell. Has hundreds of skins.. Hey, not bad of a video, i love both firefox and ie i wish people would stop fighting over them and use whats best for them. Anyways i have the 2nd beta of ie8 and much beter than 1!!! i got beta 1 a few months ago and it was horrible with the crashes and freezes and i couldnt even use youtube or google! Beta is much more stable now and some great new features like Developer tools and inprivate and acceleraters, smart bar etc. Also its fast and theres compatibility view which renders ie7.

renders the page as it would be in ie7 and you dont need to restart. I like the tab break feature where if one tab crashes the other one is fine. Web slice gallery is great pontential feature too, i cant wait for ie 8, there might fix some other bugs crash-makers in the code or script, and maybe give a new look and new features if we're lucky, firefox also owns, add ons, themes, fast loading, download manger, unbelievably fast browsing and rendering. before i got ie8 beta 2 i tryed it out cause
