it's a small world i guess because i totally agree with you. sarutobi did try to save him but he kind of ignored that part of orochimaru. i think that if the third didn't pamper him so much maybe that would of helped. anko was just blind though. she seen what he was doing but didn't do anything at all.

Yeah... It's terrible that that whole thing had to happen... If Anko and The Third Hokage had just made a little more effort to stop him before it was too late... Maybe things would have turned out differently.

But Orochimaru told Anko the Third already knew... Keeping her from doing anything to save him from himself... Even though the Third already knew... If Anko had stepped in and actually said something... Maybe Orochimaru could have been stopped.
