Second, if you look at the woman when she's on the tracks, right before the train hits her, in the frames you mentioned at the time stamp you mentioned, she looks detached from her surroundings, as if her image was added in later, or if the background was added in behind her digitally. Ok...if this was indeed a ghost, then it's perfectly understandable to see her head at the edge in 3:55. ghosts, not being tangible in most cases, would not be affected by a train. Thus, she would be able to reappear at that spot. Now, if this was a spirit seeking attention, then you might go so far as to say it's expected. But as I say...the ghost is intangible. That means, she would not be stuck on the tracks, and would be able to move quite fast, which explains all shown in this video.
