What are you trying to prove? You say Real Speed as if thats how fast a plane SHOULD go if it was diving out of the sky. I mean I'm no expert, but it apears that plane may have slowed down just a tad because it's going in for a landing, don't see alot of planes landing at full speed.
Commercial planes are not designed to go at more than half of the full speed when they are flying that low. If they exceed the max speed allowed they can literally explode into pieces.

the planes didn't need to hold together long. just long enough to hit the towers and the pentagon.
if the planes are not supposed to go fast, how did a 747 break the sound barrier (over 700 mph) and still land in china? (look it up little truther)
the jets which struck the towers were coming out of 20,000 power dives to build up speed. it wasn't like they were going to walk away from it. doh!

you cant fly a boeing 767 at over 500mph at only 700ft. that plane on this footage is probably doing around 200 maybe less.
