What are your HD PVR settings? I use a HD PVR too and i record in 13mbps and i have the best render settings but it's looks not so atractive like your's

@Ben261294 i think playing on wii dolphin emulator on pc is nicer but if you want to play online on games then of course you have to use a real wii

Dazran did you ever make a video on how to setup a Hauppauge for recording? I just got one (1212 model) and I'm not sure how it works, not to mention it didn't come with HD Component cables like it said it would on the website (I bought it from Amazon).

ah man you will have to contact the Hauppauge company by e-mail and tell them that there wewre no cables. When I got mine there was no CD so I couldnt use it until they sent one out to me. Just write them an angry e-mail like I did =)

I may do a proper Hauppauge setup video in the future =)

B) I didn't buy the device itself from the Hauppauge company, it was used, but they described it with a condition that was nearly identical to new, and that company itself never sent in the AV or HD component cables.

C) Since I'm asking questions, can I use any HD Component cables or do I need Hauppauge brand?

For those of you who want to know, he did this with his video editing program.... I'm gonna guess he used Sony Vegas..... It's really not that hard if you know what you're doing.

I used Cyberlink Power Director 8.0 in conjunction with my Hauppauge HD PVR recording device. I don't understand how so many on youtube use Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 as its like €500 on Amazon :0

I have Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9 (Platinum) but it crashes any-time I put a video captured with hauppauge in the timeline =(

@icehawk1011 Its 20% capture card, 80% video editing program. Sony Vegas Pro 9 is my guess. ...but i could be wrong! Making the video massive and giving it HD is all done with video editing and rendering! If your not into that kinda stuff then you should not worry about it. cause believe me... its a bitch and it takes ALOT of time!
