Well the Cars Chassis is heavily Modified,we do not have Coilovers,but its,has negative Camber at the rear axel.Lowered suspesion,stiffer springs,Bilstein Dampers.SZBalljoints,32MMSwaybar front,28 aft.
Also parts from the Bertone,Stiffer torision Bar,Gearbox from the TS etc,etc.Handels Great!
I think you should look into double clutching. My car's synchros used to be as bad as yours, but it wasn't necessary to grind gears.
Also, I recommend mating the RSR fton coilovers with modified front spindles (dropped spindles). You can make a perch to accept 5 inch rear springs in whatever spring rate you wish in the rear. The result was I turned my pig of a car (Milano 3.0 V6) into an able handler!
