It's the pre-iLife08 version of iMovie that came with my Mac in '05. It's good, but all it gives you to work with is one video timeline, so in order to put images on top of each other, you have to use ultra-long transitions, but can't directly superimpose video clips (would two or three video timelines ever be great?) but there are two soundtracks, and they can be layered just by dragging and dropping. I guess it's a lot like Windows Movie Maker only it doesn't crash quite as often...
