Hi Donsfast yes it is a basement extention. The house is on the side of a hill and the garage is at ground level at the front of the house. We excavated approx 80 cubic meters of shale out in this job. The extention was directly under their lounge room.

Is that an expansion of the basement or?? it looks like a rock pile in the middle of the room in the video...which would be fun but not practical.
