I did not check the comments last 2 weeks but was playing your youtube video to my new guitar teacher and he guessed the chords so exactly, and wrote the progression for me. haha,....anyway, I am mastering the song now, and am so glad that you are able to put it up because I can play the progression over and over but not sure how to end it (looking at the outro now).

I am now a Catholic monk here in Manila.
