Don't be afraid to ride this, yes it's thrilling (more so on the launch), but the drop isn't as bad as it looks. In my opinion compared to other coasters this is a much more natural freefall than any other ride at Cedar Point. Taking the drop with your arms out to your sides is the best :)
@silvery1994 the drop isnt bad at all. its more the speed, i liked dragster more then maverick, and i was scared of rollercoasters. its so fast, you hardly have time to be scared.
(don't worry about that feeling you get in you stomach because you won't get it on th is ride,,,the speed and height drowns out that feeling in your stomach. And even if this ride does give you that feeling,its still a good feeling to have rode the dragster. the millennium force was awesome too !)

@silvery1994 omg, I dont like the dropping feeling either, and I only like the coasters that have the huge harness that comes all the way over your body like the maverick one, I dont like just the bars over ur lap, does the dragster only have a bar that covers ur lap?

@hundoe100 Hell to the no. There is nothing and I mean NOTHING compared to TTD's launch. It is by far the most orgasmic feelings you will ever feel. The amount of rush of adrenaline you get should almost be a crime. It's like being high on 40 Pixie sticks and a case of Monster. It's this pleasurable, intimidating experience.

At this point, you are in deep breaths and your mindset is "the launch. the launch. the launch". then you hear a repetitive "ch" "ch" "ch" sound. It's very unnerving. Then, you slowly move back. You hear a discordant engine and "keep your arms down, head back, and hold on". Your nerves are SHOT. 321! VRRRROOOOMMMM!!!!! You are already approaching the top.

The guy sitting closer to the fence really didn't want me to put it up here and im not sure if his parents would agree to have it here but they haven't said anything about it so it's prob fine to have it here. :-)
@silvery1994 I know this comment is a year old, but that happened to me. I made a video of play practice at my school and this girl's parents flipped out and yelled at me for posting it on YouTube. So I had to take it off :(

I love keeping my arms up at the pre-stage so they keep hitting the arms down button, and stay on the ride a little longer :D
