I started doing these a couple of weeks ago and really like them. As a runner I agree with you that "runner specific" exercises are better, but it is hard to find these types of exercises. Thanks for the video. Can you do a video of your "next best top 3". Maybe 2 more upper body and 1 more for the legs. Thanks.
Really like it! I agree, lets see a running video for some upper body and a bit more legs - especially with spring just around the corner!
