It is Goyeneche indeed, with Carlos Franzetti's orchestra and mastery behind, not Piazzolla as was suggested. A rare gem, the album where you can find this track also includes other classics as "Los Mareados" , "La casita de mis viejos" and "Cambalache".

Well, this is obviously Goyenche, most likely from Piazzolla, "Sin Piel", I think...
BTW, this is the first time ever I see the move around 2:36 from a forward ocho. I bet they just invented it !

No, It's a salsa move. I love Chicho move at is first time (above 2 year), Now he take all the show, add salsa move and he dosen't give the place to Juana to express her beautiful feminity,
