  • I wish I had a grill T_T I make this for my dad all the time now but now that I moved out for college...I have to use a frying pan for myself =[ So not the same without the grill but still good!!

  • There should be a video on how to peel garlic. I saw this video on vimeo.com where this guy put a whole head of garlic into a mixing bowl, put a plate on top of it, and shook this shit out of it and then garlic was miraculously peeled!

    Mashed potatoes. 2 large potatoes, boiled and then milled/riced/fork-mashed, plus 2 or 3 Tbsp of that oil, plus a little chicken stock to adjust texture, plus salt/pepper/cayenne to taste.

  • @boulespuantes Five minutes is a good rule of thumb for most everything. Your meat will gain about 1 degree of heat per minute while covered after cooking.

  • @rspkk0 Looks like romaine lettuce to me, you can find that at any grocery store. Comes in big bags with three or four. Slightly more attractive than iceberg, yes? Also has a great taste and works wonderfully with any kind of vinaigrette.
