But rollerblading pushes a lot further when it comes to tricks which in the end makes it just as hard as skateboarding. Tony Hawk's 900° is a legend. Rollerbladers do the 900° just to finish off a grind that is already hard enough that 90° couldn't do it.

it's not easier, only certain aspects are. sure, a 360 on blades is technically easier than on a board, but that doesn't mean that rollerbladers look at it the same way. they know 360s are easy, so they do 540s or 720s. they're two different sports with different sets of tricks and it's dumb to try and compare them. a more accurate comparison would be snowboarding or skiing to rollerblading.

lol i used to teach little kids how to skate. Mostly get them starting on skating backwards, turning, 180's, some 360's and a soul or royale. Everything after they had to to learn on their own. But to answer the quesiton i always teach jump turn (no half ass turn either please 180, not 90, 70 160...180 thats it) Then lean foward when you land with your weight foward and you skates behind you a little. The easiest way is to jump off a small curb. Focus on complete 180, leaning foward.
